This is a structured 2-year program, designed to provide exposure to investment funds and the underwriting process across all asset classes (Venture Capital, Private Equity, Real Assets, Public Equities, Hedge Funds, Credit Funds, etc.). The program is intentionally structured to provide intensive professional development and broad investment exposure. High-performing analysts may be considered for longer-term opportunities within Capricorn as business needs and individual career objectives align.

The role focuses on our OCIO and SIF mandates and does not cover our venture fund, the Technology Impact Fund.

  • Engage with colleagues across the firm on special projects as needed.
  • Be a positive contributor to our high-performing, impact driven culture.
