Ensures Nuveen is well positioned to meet the growing demand for responsible investment strategies globally, particularly with distribution partners and their clients.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Client Engagement to include but not limited to: support the outreach plan for Global Wealth channel; develop Responsible Investing (RI) and manage content and conduct Nuveen New Hire trainings (management and delivery/presentation; 8-10/year) as needed for all new Nuveen employees; respond to client service requests from TIAA and Nuveen as appropriate and conduct presentations for advisors on RI topics as needed; and conduct research and participate in the creation of new content/slides, thought leadership and client meetings documentation.
- Marketing & Communications to include but limited to: manage RI Master Slide Deck with quarterly review and maintenance; manage and implement compliance reviews for RI Team presentation decks; provide content and review of new and expiring marketing materials, as requested; gather data and provide analysis on collateral usage to broaden RI knowledge on content usage by channels including connection to products and RI services; fact checking and language review for marketing content including Social Media posts; write and maintain talking points on RI topics in support of uniform messaging of spokespeople; provide content and messaging support to the Global head of RI; and respond to time sensitive requests for RI talking points on specific topics/themes.
- Other duties to include but not limited to: manage several key Industry partnerships including research on RI focused associations and conferences and coordinate RI participation RI sponsored conferences; manage prioritized Stakeholder meetings, RI team speaking engagements and reporting/management tools for tracking and accountability; identify and manage Nuveen data requests in support of RI needs; lead or participate in periodic Special Projects, such as RI research for Nuveen Strategic Client initiative and annual RI competitive landscape; and participate in the annual United Nations Principles for Responsible Investing (UN PRI) reporting supporting the completion of crucial modules within the UN PRI annual report
