Senior Analyst - Sustainable US Equities

About the Job

We are working with a leading European asset manager in their search for an analyst to support a team of experienced portfolio managers who run a suite of global sustainable public equities funds in their coverage of US Equities. The position sits on the firm's global equity investment team and this individual will be the firm's lead analyst on all US equities.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform all elements of sector, and company analysis and idea generation.
  • Be an active participant in meetings with management teams of current and potential investments and other value chain stakeholders of current and potential investments.
  • Develop specific market knowledge in sustainable sectors, including key technologies.
  • Write investment cases, market commentary and other content as required.

Qualifications

Requirements for this position:

  • Demonstrable US equities research experience with coverage of multiple sectors, ideally including technology.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial market dynamics and performance drivers.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and be proactive.
  • Experience in the construction, maintenance and interpretation of financial models required.
  • Postgraduate work in Economics or Finance or CFA qualification.
  • Eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship preferred.
