Operations Coordinator

About the Job

The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly engaged and fast-paced office environment. S/he must be personable, with excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, and attention to detail. The Operations Coordinator will report to the Technology & Operations Senior Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Administrative support to Finance and Administration Director
o Schedule meetings and manage calendars
o Prepare and submit expense reports
o Manage correspondence and approvals for contracts and other key operations documents
• General office administrative and technology support
o Front desk reception as needed, respond to telephone and email inquiries, register and greet visitors
o Select, purchase and monitor the use of supplies
o Manage online Career Center for impact investing jobs
o Assist with printer, copier, and conference room technology
o Maintain good repair, order and cleanliness of the conference rooms, pantry, reception area, and other common areas as needed, liaising with outsourced cleaning service.
• Be an active member of the Operations Team, participating in weekly meetings and special projects, and providing back-up support to other team members as needed
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:
• 2+ years administration experience in a fast-paced office
• Ability to interact effectively with staff members at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to collaborate work independently as well as with a team
• Exceptional judgment
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong organizational skills, with high attention to detail
• Natural curiosity and a willingness to learn new skills and design new solutions
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of Salesforce desired
• Proficiency or high comfort-level with new software and technology preferred

FLEXIBILITY: Full-time role in a flexible yet results-driven culture. This position will be based in New York, NY.
