About the Job

Bolsa Social is looking for a full-time Investments Director for a social impact venture capital fund of €20M in Madrid (Spain). The fund will invest in 20-25 early stage startups with a strong social & environmental mission linked with the UN SDGs.
The candidate will lead the investment process of the fund. This includes the origination, analysis and selection of the investment opportunities; deal structuring, follow up and accompaniment and divestment.
It is a high responsability position within the fund and the candidate will participate in the formulation and development of the impact strategy of the fund.
We offer a market-adjusted remmuneration, depeding on the profile of the candidate.

Qualifications

The candidate shall have between 5 and 10 years of experience in a venture capital fund, a private equity fund or in creating and managing a portfolio of investments in startups and/or non-listed companies.
The candidate shall be able to demosntrate experience in the entire investment cycle (origination, analysis, deal structuring, accompaniment and divestment). High analytical and modelling skills are required. The candidate shall demonstrate excellent negotiation skills, autonomy, responsability, team-spirit and commitment with the transformative capacity of social enterpreneurship and impact investing.
