About the Job
WSII’s Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the Wharton Social Impact Initiative. The Coordinator will engage in a wide range of activities including payroll, event management, administrative support, and interaction with students, faculty, and staff. The position also interacts with senior administrators, prospects, donors, faculty, alumni, board members, and senior corporate executives. The position includes budget support for a wide variety of programs and frequent work with WSII’s senior leadership team. As the Coordinator interacts with most of WSII’s stakeholders, a very high level of customer service is a must.

High School degree required, Bachelors preferred with 5-7 years of experience
Experience within a College or University setting preferred. Experience and/or interest in social impact preferred.
