To apply

Enclude is a leading impact investment bank creating solutions and mobilising capital to address the world’s most pressing challenges. Enclude joined the Palladium group last year to combine strengths at intersection of impact investing, international development and strategy consultancy.

Palladium, through its 50 years of experience and a global network operating in over 90 countries, has been helping clients to formulate strategies, build partnerships, and implement programmes that have a lasting social and financial impact.

Enclude is a team of 12 corporate finance and impact investing professionals, based in London and Washington, DC, tackling global and local problems that require creative, hands-on and people-focused approaches to mobilising capital and unlocking positive impact. There is increasing urgency to direct financial and human capital towards social inclusion and justice and environmental regeneration, and we are looking for resourceful, purpose-driven people to join our flat and rapidly growing team. As an organisation with a great variety of clients, we believe in equal opportunities and value diversity in our team.

We are working with mission-driven companies from across the world, with the majority of our clients based in or focused on emerging markets, and in a wide array of sectors of the impact economy. Within Palladium, Enclude focuses on three broad sets of services:
1. Transaction advisory. We work with social enterprises, sustainable financial institutions, and impact fund managers to support them through capital raising campaigns, fund placement campaigns, and M&A transactions. We have raised $500m+ capital for enterprises and funds to pursue their impact goals with support from mission-aligned investors.
2. Capital strategy and structuring. While mobilising capital is the ultimate objective, we often begin our work by developing capital and business strategies and formulating impact goals to make sure that the capital structure and investment vehicle design is best suited for its objectives. We get involved in sectors including financial inclusion, renewable energy, sustainable and climate-smart agriculture, education and health. In addition, we work within cross-cutting themes, such as gender-lens investing. Where possible, we leverage the specific subject expertise that exists elsewhere in the Palladium group.
3. Transaction related services. We often support our clients in areas beyond and at the intersections of the above. We have in-house experts on impact management and measurement, we provide strategy advisory services and we are always curious to do market and feasibility studies or to conduct due diligence.
