About the Job

Your primary role will be to research potential investment opportunities, complete due diligence, and recommend strategies for Enoch Capital Partners to invest in impactful companies in emerging markets. Working with the rest of the team, you will analyze the market opportunity, assess the financial needs of the company, determine the capabilities of the management team, run financial model sensitivities to test risks, and strategize with stakeholders to develop an operational plan.

Qualifications

While there isn’t any one educational or professional background that best prepares you for a fulfilling career at Enoch Capital Partners, we typically look for the following qualifications: *2-4 years of experience in private equity, valuation work, financial modeling, or other relevant experience *Advanced graduate degree (MBA, PhD, MPA, etc.) preferred *Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing *Understanding of the investment industry and current market trends *Interest in impact investing and doing investments in emerging markets *Entrepreneurial and creative mindset *Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills *Exceptional organizational skills, ambition, and ability to multi-task *Relationship-management experience *Expertise in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) *Fluency in Spanish preferred
