What you will do in the role

  • Identify and scale a specific demand channel that accelerates sales growth in cost-effective opportunities such as referrals, ambassadors, student events, campaigns and promotions
  • Create and manage programs in a repeatable channel that reaches, activates, and retains customers
  • Use creative marketing campaigns to drive awareness of programs
  • Track all demand activities with existing (Tableau, SalesForce) and new data tools to ensure a high level of visibility of effectiveness
  • Experiment and test new growth channels that drive further growth opportunities
  • Work with product marketing to launch updated product offerings and convert newly acquired leads into long-term customers
  • Potentially manage one or more junior demand Associates to assist with program activities

What you will be measured on

  • Growing demand generation through new business application volume
  • Increasing the impact of customer referral strategies
  • Establishing and delivering ROI through a variety of digital and offline activities
  • Managing a target CPA budget across a global target market
  • Developing a framework for repetitive activities to further scale and automate the business

Qualifications

What you need to be great at

  • Strong understanding of current demand generation and growth management strategies
  • Ability to design, test and scale programs for a high growth sales environment
  • High comfort with using data to drive decision-making

Who we are looking for; track record must haves

  • Degree in business, marketing or equivalent
  • 4-7 years' experience gained within a highly reputable technology or financial services company
  • Demonstrable experience in sales or business development with evidence of successful customer acquisition and growth strategies
  • Strong project management, execution and communication skills

Experience that would be nice to have (but we’ll trade off if everything else fits)

  • Multi-national sales and marketing experience
  • Startup experience. Sometimes the earth moves beneath your feet at Prodigy Finance so you've got to be comfortable with ambiguity, able to wear lots of hats, and adapt easily as we continue to grow
