About the Job
The Baobab Network is an organisation with a fresh outlook on social and economic development. We offer world class strategy consulting services to high potential, socially focused start-up companies in Sub Saharan Africa.
The businesses we work with are all for profit, and we believe that if they scale and secure investment, they can go on to have incredible impact on their customers and in their markets.
We work with entrepreneurs that are using new technology and innovation to solve problems in the region that have been around for years.
We recruit top tier professionals that have worked in consulting, impact investing, finance, tech or big business and place them into high potential start-up companies for short term strategy projects periods. Our one week engagements offer a unique way to gain challenging first hand emerging markets experience whilst supporting exciting, tech enabled start-up companies who are desperately in need of strategic support.
Our teams then deliver vital strategy work that helps companies scale and crucially, become more attractive partners, clients and investors active in the region.
