(Junior) Associate Investor Relations

40 hours per week, initially for 1 year, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands

Triple Jump is an independent, responsible investment manager focused on impact investing in emerging markets. We are headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands with regional offices in Georgia, Peru, Mexico, Thailand and Kenya. Our investment portfolio spans more than 60 countries.

Triple Jump targets financial sector development and invests in institutions that service the bottom of the pyramid. Triple Jump offers professional fund management services to investors, ranging from asset selection to portfolio management to fund administration. Thanks to mandates from multiple investors Triple Jump can provide services to financial intermediaries in all stages of their development. Triple Jump investees include financial institutions (ranging from NGOs receiving their first funding, all the way to regulated banks) and investment funds, in developing countries.

Job description

You will join the Business Development & Investor Relations team. Together with the team you will be responsible for the day to day relationship management of our investors, identify new investors and the overall promoting of Triple Jump and its products and services to relevant stakeholders. You will execute market research and assist in the development of new products and services.

The successful candidate will:

Contribute to the daily relationship management with existing investors and prospects;
Assisting in the preparations for both ad hoc investor meetings and quarterly investors meetings;
Coordinate Investor reports (monthly, quarterly and annual reports)
Distribute and catalog meeting notes as needed
Researching and preparing background materials and reports as required by the investor relations function;
Contribute to the process of developing and raising new funds, including contributing to all fundraising materials, such as pitch books, responding to Request for Proposals and Due Diligence Questions,
Prepare investor communication materials including corporate presentation, impact reports, and other marketing material.

Qualifications

Job requirements

Academic background with 1-3 years of relevant professional work experience;
Self-starter with an ability to work independently;
Can do mentality, service oriented, able to perform under pressure
Teamplayer;
Strong client focus;
Excellent planning, organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and strive for continuous improvement
Expertise in creating and editing client presentations, including use of PowerPoint and Excel;
Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and preferably Dutch, both orally and in writing;
General understanding of the financial markets and investment vehicles;
Affinity with Triple Jump’s mission and vision.
