We are looking for

A motivated professional to join the Financial Institutions Unit and to assist the Investment Analysts covering the Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Caucasus region, in the analysis and monitoring of financial institutions.

The position is based in our Head office in Geneva, with reporting line to the Regional Manager.

Job Description
•Assist Investment Analysts in maintaining a strong client relationship with each financial institution.
•Support the Investment Analysts in the research, monitoring and production of country analysis reports
•Assist the Investment Analyst in updating the financial institution accounts, including financial statement and performing KYC processes
•Support the production of the Desk Review reports by the Investment Analysts through collecting and inputting any necessary information and assisting in the drafting of the reports
•Upon request, participate in Due Diligence trips and support the production of Credit Risk Reports

Qualifications

Skills/qualifications/experience

We are looking for a dynamic person with an entrepreneurial drive, who is organized, professional, and able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. More specifically, we have the following requirements:
•University degree or equivalent, preferably in a finance related field;
•Good knowledge of the impact finance industry a strong asset;
•Proven interest for emerging/frontier markets and sustainable development;
•Excellent sense of communication and organization;
•Capacity to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis;
•Fluent written and spoken English; Good command in Russian, French as an asset;
•Work permit for Switzerland
