About the Job

The Analyst, Integrated Capitals, provides critical research, analysis, and administrative support to the Integrated Capitals team. Designed as a rotational role (with the option to renew), the Analyst will report to the Vice President, Integrated Capitals, and be deployed across the team to support Heron’s most pressing priorities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the team’s research and landscaping efforts
Contributing to the vetting of potential capital allocations in alignment with Heron’s strategy
Leading special projects to support the Integrated Capitals team
Collecting data and conducting analysis on Heron’s portfolio performance along social and financial dimensions
Assisting in communications efforts (including but not limited to curating articles and supporting the maintenance of Heron’s online presence)
Providing administrative and logistical support (including but not limited to scheduling, materials preparation, inbox management, and event coordination)


Bachelor’s degree required
