About the Job

We are looking for highly driven, entrepreneurial, passionate, and rigorous professionals to join our fast-paced, innovative, and growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to support Managers in delivering client engagements focused on executing new Pay-for-Success (PFS) or outcomes-oriented contracts. Engagements may include beneficiary population analysis, government funding stream identification and analysis, data access analysis, economic modeling, readiness assessments, provider analysis, and contract and funding negotiations. You will play an integral role in pursuing business development opportunities, writing proposals, and designing and implementing internal initiatives driving Third Sector’s continued growth.

1-3 years of professional experience in a role that includes:

  • Delivering well-structured quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Designing and drawing actionable insights from analysis
  • Using Excel to interpret and manipulate large data sets
  • Designing, building, and managing complex Excel-based economic models
  • Supporting project managers with a record of increasing responsibility over time
  • Communicating persuasively using multiple verbal and written formats (e.g. PowerPoint, memos, emails)
