About the Job

Capria, a leading global impact investment firm, is looking for a highly qualified, entrepreneurial, and self-directed professional who will be responsible for overall strategy, management, development, and value-creation of the Capria Network. The Capria Network currently consists of nine impact funds from around the world and it will continue to expand to include a highly curated set of other impact funds as Capria engages new Cohorts. Each fund contributes to and benefits from shared expertise, pooled intellectual property, and extensive connections established by Network members. The Network is based on three core pillars of operation:

1. Localization and globalization of proprietary investing know-how and connections
2. Mutual value creation and sharing between similarly-situated peer fund managers
3. Commitment to market-rate returns and sustainable, positive impact

Qualifications

This person will have lead responsibility for ensuring knowledge is disseminated and accessible to members in order to provide them with resources that will enhance their ability to be successful raising their funds, managing their portfolios, and generating world-class returns. In order to be successful in this role you will need to have exceptional project management, communications, and pattern matching skills in order to identify opportunities to enhance the overall value creation for Network members. You must have the ability to synthesize complex information, develop effective materials, and make strategic connections that are catalytic to fund managers across a wide range of geographies.
