We are urgently seeking a replacement expert for a short-term assignment in Uganda. The candidate needs to be someone specialised in application of the specific market impact tools as mentioned in the ToR. Country experience is not so important as it is very technical. I can send the ToR to an interested party, but the candidate, KE3 (Senior) will need very specific methodology experience to carry out the following project:
Ex-ante impact analysis
• Propose the methodology for the ex-ante impact analysis,
• Propose the set of indicators retained for the survey,
• Propose the SMA to be included in case study (at least 5), with their profile
• Propose the work plan for the point b 2.2.
• Interview the key stakeholders to make a preliminary identification of the SMA to be included in the analysis.
